A fine French 18K yellow gold and enamel pendant watch, circa 1780. The bezel is decorated with blue champleve enamel leaves, the back overlaid with golden translucent guilloche enamel, and white enamel beads on the border and centre, outer border to match the bezel. White enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer minute track, winding aperture at 2 and gold fleur-de-lys hands. A hinged, gilt brass full plate movement with turned pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, continental cock with polished steel end plate, silvered regulation dial. Movement signed, case numbered 3015 and punched IPBN on the pendant.
