A very rare Swiss 14 carat yellow gold and painted on enamel keyless dress watch, circa 1920. A flat hunting cased Art Nouveau with three gold lids, a case covered with an enamel painting of a hunting dog scene on a translucent underground. Lever escapement, dial signed, case and movement numbered.
