A unique gold hunting case pocket watch with minute repeater and unusual case decoration, Qualité Superior, made in Switzerland, circa 1910. The 18 Carat gold unique full hunter case in a rare Frosted version has an eagle in high relief and garland with flowers, including a large oval flower with old European cut diamonds totalling approximately 2ct and an oval garnet stone in the middle of the front lid. The stepped white enamel dial has an outer ring with Arabic numerals for the hours, a subsidiary dial at six o’clock with Arabic numerals for the seconds, blued steel hands and is a one off in this case design. The movement has a Swiss High Grade calibre with Geneva striping, screwed gold chatons and a minute repeater.
