A splendid gold hunting cased repeater by Benjamin Haas Jeune, Genève & Besançon, Paris, circa 1880. An 18 carat  gold, extravagant case decoration, “à goutte” hunting case with three solid gold lids, spring lid with enameled monogram BT, dome signed, fine engraved gold medals with banner, high quality precision lever movement with wolf’s toothing, movement repeating the hours and quarters, decorative Champlevé dial, pink gold hands, Roman numerals, weak fly spring mechanism, altogether in very good condition, important maker of complex pocket watches.
