A very fine thin Swiss 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch by Patek Philippe Genève, accompanied by a fitted box and certificate, circa 1990. Solid, polished, hinged cased back. Matte silver dial with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, yellow gold Breguet hands. Stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, Patek Philippe patented cam-type micrometric regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
