A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold, enamel and diamond set open faced keyless pocket watch with associated brooch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1906. The damascened manual wound  jewelled nickel lever movement with a monometallic balance. White enamel dial with applied Breguet numerals and engine turned subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock. The case back features a translucent blue enamel center with applied gold decoration and one larger diamond on a white enamelled ground, framed by diamond setting and an outer white enamelled rim with further gold decoration. Case, dial and movement signed.
