A Swiss fine and heavy gentleman’s pocket watch with chronograph and original box, circa 1910. 18 carat gold case with dedication engraving: Al Doctor Martin M. Sosa sus amigos Dolores Diciembre 1912 on inner case back, monogram, numbered and signed gold dome and pusher for chronograph via the crown. Signed enamel dial with Arabic Empire numerals, auxiliary seconds, 30 minute counter, blued spade hands and centre chronograph hand. Bridge movement, rhodium plated, with Geneva striping decoration, very finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel and gold screw compensation balance.
