A Swiss 18K yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch, circa 1920. A solid, polished case, hinged case back and a round bezel. White enamel dial with applied black Arabic numerals, outer minute track graduation with 5-minute/seconds red Arabic markers. Subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel spade hands. Frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
