A rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever chronograph pocket watch, featuring a 30 minute recorder, tachometer, and telemeter (1 to 5 minutes base), manufactured by Omega circa 1910. The watch features a gilt movement with a straight line lever escapement. Chronograph functions are operated by a single button on the winding crown. The patented white enamel dial displays Arabic numerals, a 1/5th second chronograph scale with 5 minute and second markers, a recessed 30 minute register at 12 o’clock, an outer tachometer, five multicolour telemeter scales, original gold baton hands and a blued steel straight chronograph seconds hand. The plain gold case includes a double hinged case back and bezel, an engraved back, and a gold cuvette.
