A very rare gold, platinum and enamel Swiss ladies pocket watch with diamond trim, circa 1920.
18K gold and platinum case, extraordinary decoration on the back, richly set with diamond roses, between the diamond strips each a fine enamel work of blue guilloche enamel and red rose petals, the temple also set with diamonds, glass ring white and turquoise enamelled (possibly supplemented). Lever movement calibre 10.85M. Silvered, signed dial with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and Breguet steel hands. Dial and movement signed.
