Swiss gold verge with three Jacquemarts automaton Circa 1820

A fine Swiss gold open faced quarter repeating automaton verge watch, circa 1820. Gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, plain three armed balance abnd a silver regulation dial. Dial with white enamel chapter ring, Arabic hours, the center showing a theatre, a neo classical scene with two cherubs on the bottom striking bells, an aperture at the top revealing an automaton figure of Punchinello fighting Chronos, nice original blue steel hands. Case with engine turned band and back, repeating mechanism activated on the pendant.
