Gold and enamel verge with four automata

An extremely rare Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel quarter repeating keywound pocket watch with four automatons and two Jacquemarts, circa 1810. Gilt full plate movement, two hammers, two gongs, three armed brass balance, fine florally engraved and pierced balance bridge. White enamel chapter ring with Arabic Empire numerals, gold Jacquemart á trois couleurs, upper part with a scene of two bell ringing putti, sitting on a mural surrounded by polychrome enamelled flowers, a large enamelled vase between them, the lower part depiting a blacksmith and his apprentice sharpening a big knife in front of a blued steel background, blued Breguet hands. Polished case, reeded band, pusher for repetition through the pendant, casemaker’s punch mark (in cyrillic) FRS.
