A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold chronograph open faced lever pocket watch with minute striking, circa 1920. It has a movement with lever escapement and quarter and minute repeater functions activated by sliding mechanisms. The white enamel dial shows Breguet style radial hour numerals, an outer track for minutes and seconds with Arabic numerals at five minute intervals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute counter at 12 o’clock, a central chronograph seconds hand, and spade shaped hands. The case is simple 18 carat yellow gold.
