A Swiss yellow gold, diamond, ruby, and sapphire-set brooch with timepiece, circa 1960. Mechanical jewelled movement. A silvered dial featuring gold dot indexes, the Rolex crown logo at 12 o’clock, and gold baton hands. The watch is housed in an 18k yellow gold case with a snap-on case back.
