A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1960. A solid plain case. Matt silvered dial with applied gold baton hour indexes, an outer minute track, a subsidiary dial for seconds at 6 o’clock and gold dauphine hands. The movement, stamped twice with the Geneva seal, has a lever escapement. The dial, case and movement are signed.

This watch is kept in as new condition. Its simple yet classical design still impresses today with its elegance. Showing two clear and deep hallmarks: sharp angles and the last three movement numbers stamped on the rim of the case back.
