Rose gold skeletonized open faced cylinder

A Swiss 18 carat rose gold skeletonized open faced quarter repeating cylinder watch , circa 1820. Gilt finished skeletonized and engraved cylinder movement, quarter repeating on two hammers, repeat lock to the case band at 11 o’clock.
Glazed cuvette, there is a slide to the band to open the glazed cuvette.
Dial with Breguet numerals on white enamel chapter ring, spade hads, skeletonized centre  Case with engine turned hinged back and the owners name, repeating activated by depressing the gold pendant. Case numbered and and movement signed.
