A fine, rare Swiss unusual 18K gold quarter repeating half skeletonized pocket watch with multicoloured gold automaton, Jaquemarts, circa 1820. Gilt skeletonized full-plate movement, cylinder escapement three-arm plain brass balance, flat balance spring, repeating work set on the backplate, repeating on gongs activated by depressing the pendant.
Case polished with a reeded band, gilt cuvette.
White enamel dial with annular chapter ring, Breguet numerals, outer minute ring, Blued steel Breguet hands.
