Very fine Swiss 18K yellow gold keyless purse watch, circa 1960. Set into a 10 Dollar coin dated 1882. The coin opening with a push-piece concealed in the band, three-body hinged inner case. Matte gold dial with painted baton indexes and black baton hands. Movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial signed.
