Gold and enamel varnished lever pocket watch

A Swiss 14 carat gold pocket watch decorated with a polychrome enamel varnished scene, made by Ω Omega, circa 1920. The movement is mechanical, with signed plate, crown winding, a lever escapement, a spiral balance, and an advance/retard adjustment. It has a two tone gold signed dial with stylised Arabic numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial, a beaded minute track, and Breguet hands. The gold round-on-hinge case has a back decorated with a painted (varnished) scene, a gilded metal bowl, and is signed and numbered.
