A very fine Vacheron & Constantin precision pocket watch with repeating hours and quarters, circa 1920.
Engine turned 18 carat gold case, punched V & C and dome signed and numbered. Exquisite precision lever movement with repeating hours and quarters. White signed enamel dial with Arabic numerals, sunk subsidiary dial for the seconds and golden Breguet hand.
