Swiss jade and platinum gold mounted Art Deco pendant watch Circa 1960

Jade and platinum gold mounted and diamond-set watch

A very fine and rare, jade and platinum, gold mounted and diamond set Art Deco keyless pendant watch, with a matching 41 cm diamond and jade set chain. Accompanied by a fitted box and was made by Jaeger-LeCoultre in Switzerland Circa 1960.
Two body, solid and polished case with bezel and bow set with 27 round diamonds in the shape of serpents, case back with two screws and back winder. The watch is fitted within a finely carved and pierced green jade panel with a diamond set bow and chain.
Silver dial with applied round and dart indexes and white gold epee hands. Rhodium-plated movement with 15 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance and self compensating flat balance spring.
Dial and movement signed and the case numbered.
