A Swiss 14 carat yellow gold open faced lady’s pendant watch, circa 1910. This watch features a mechanical movement with a lever escapement. It has a gilt champagne coloured dial adorned with Breguet numerals, an engine turned sunk centre, and Breguet hands. The case is made of 14 carat yellow gold. It includes a cuvette and a hinged back, which displays an Ottoman Turkish monogram below the Egyptian royal crown, along with the monogram of Hussein Kamel El Dine. Both the cuvette and dial are signed.

The case is in fair condition, showing surface wear, tarnishing, and scratches that are typical for its age and use. The bezel is smooth but has noticeable oxidation. There are more visible scuffs and scratches at the 7 o’clock position, and the bow has some dings. The hallmark on the bow is present but has been partially rubbed away. The hinged case back exhibits additional surface scuffing and scratches. The dial shows signs of wear and light debris, and there are light surface spots and wear on the engine turned outer chapter ring. Some of the black painted Breguet numerals, especially at the 7 o’clock position, have experienced losses, as has the minute track. The blued steel hands exhibit some patina. The movement is functioning correctly.

Signed: Breguet
