Pocket watch with verge escapement

A large lépine with striking mechanism, probably made in Switzerland, circa 1820. The plain open faced numbered case was crafted from 18 Carat gold, has a middle part with coined band and the maker’s mark FLB. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with black numerals for the hours and Breguet steel hands. The movement has a verge escapement and a quarter repeater.
