A very fine 18 Carat multi coloured gold ruby and turquoise set watch by Moulinié, Bautte & Moynier, Geneva, circa 1820. Three body, bassine, profusely decorated with applied yellow, green and rose gold floral and foliate motifs set with rubies and turquoises, gold hinged cuvette. Off center, small, gold dial, set in the lower part, with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, center engine-turned in wickerwork pattern, set on wickerwork pattern gold dial plate. Blued steel spade hands. Frosted gilt movement, cylinder escapement, three arm balance with flat balance spring.
