Platinum and multi colour gold watch

One of the thinnest dress watches ever made with an extremely rare case design made by Audemars Piguet in Genève, Switzerland, circa. 1920. Comes with the original presentation box. The open faced case with the French punch is crafted from platinum, and the back and front are worked in 20 carat pink, yellow and white gold stripes. The small gilt dial has an inner ring with Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track and blued steel moon hands. The extremely thin precision movement with Audemars Piguet caliber has a lever escapement.
