The watch features a manual wind jewelled nickel movement with a moustache lever escapement and cut bimetallic compensation balance. and an 18k It also has a white enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued spade hands. The case has polished covers and an 18 carat pink gold cuvette engraved with Fabrication spéciale pr H. Ostapoviri Jassy par Patek, Philippe & Cie. Case, dial, movement, and cuvette are all signed.
