A fine Swiss, thin, keyless, 18K gold dress watch, circa 1920. A solid, polished case, stepped bezel, hinged gold cuvette and case back. Two-tone dial silver with bold Breguet numerals, outer minute track, guilloché centre and outer rim, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel Breguet hands. A rhodium-plated movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
