A very fine Swiss, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with split-seconds chronograph, circa 1920. Extra movement Patek Philippe, Genève, made for Tiffany & Co. Accompanied by its original Patek Philippe case. A solid, polished case, curved bezel, concealed hinge, button at 11 for the split-seconds with locking bolt, button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero function of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette.

White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and red fifths of second divisions, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel poire hands. Extra, nickel-silver movement, Geneva striping decoration, 25 jewels, calibrated straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Dial signed Tiffany & Co., case and movement also signed Patek Philippe & Co.
