A Swiss platinum open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1940. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. The watch has a mechanical movement with 18 jewels and a lever escapement. It features a silvered dial with raised platinum Breguet radial hours, a subsidiary dial for the seconds, an outer minute ring, and Breguet hands. The platinum brushed case has a snap-on case back. The centre of the case back has a monogram and an inscription that reads: IFLE Christmas 1940 USA. The case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The case is in generally fair condition, showing wear and surface scuffing typical of its age and use. There are some pitting and small nicks on the case back and band.
