Very fine pocket watch with exceptional quality

A very fine pocket watch with exceptional quality, original papers and the original box, made by Patek, Philippe & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1910. The plain open faced case of this watch is made from 18 Carat rose gold and is engraved with case number and factory number. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with Arabic numbers for the hours, a subsidiary dial at 6 o’clock for the seconds and red gold hands.
The special factory quality, comparable to the Gondolo chronometer, movement has an anchor chronometer with a golden minute wheel, a special chronometer fine adjustment, a large chronometer balance and a moustache anchor.
Dial, dust cover and movement signed.
