Silver niëllo open faced lever watch
–
A rare precision, probably, school pocket watch presumably made by Audemars Piguet in Le Brassus, Switzerland, circa 1927. Fitted in a silver niëllo Tula case with very rare decoration, it has a very fine white enamel dial with black Arabic hour numerals, red 24 hours, minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel Breguet hands, a lever movement with fine caliber and Geneva striping finish. The movement is inscribed F.D. 1927.
