A rare and very fine Swiss deck watch chronometer with split seconds chronograph and 15min counter, so called “Split Seconds Deck Chronometer”, circa 1940.
Original steel plain case. Prime quality Ankerchronometer movement, so called high speed oscillators with 36000A/h, Guillaume balance and fine adjusting device, split seconds chronograph and Geneva striping. Signed and numbered enamel dial with Arabic numerals, split seconds and register, subsidiary dial for the constant seconds, subsidiary dial for the 15 minute counter and blued steel hands.
