Zenith SA is a Swiss luxury watchmaker that has been continuously operating since its foundation in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot in Le Locle, Neuchâtel. Favre-Jacot believed in achieving perfection by controlling the entire watchmaking process and invented the concept of ‘in-house’ movements. In November 1999, Zenith was acquired by LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) and became a part of its watch and jewellery division, which also includes TAG Heuer and Hublot.
