Gold open faced quarter repeating pocket watch

A Swiss fine quarter repeating gentleman’s pocket watch “à trois couleurs” with two Jacquemarts, circa 1810.
18 carat rose gold engine turned case with engine turned band, slide for muting, pusher for repetition via pendant, case maker’s mark “MB” in a diamond frame and  Geneva charge mark “G” (for gold artefacts, 1815-1881). Silver engine turned and translucent cobalt blue enamelled dial with two screwed-on Indian Jacquemart figures “à trois couleurs”; in the lower part of the dial a basket with fruit and a pigeon at the alter of love; applied brass chapter dial with Roman hours and baton hands. Keywind, gilt full plate movement with 2 hammers, 2 gongs, three-arm brass balance and very finely engraved pierced balance bridge.
