Unusual open face cased watch with gold hinges

An unusual anker chronometer pocket watch with extract from the archives, made by Patek, Philipp & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1921. This watch has a numbered case, which is crafted from silver, has a numbered cuvette and a monogram on the back lid. The silvered dial features black Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and grained steel hands. The numbered movement has an anker chronometer escapement, Geneva striping and a fine adjusting device.
The dial and cuvette are signed.
