Very rare watch glazed on both sides

A very rare watch Mysterieuse, made by Armand Schwob & Frères, in la Chaux-De-Fonds, Switzerland, circa 1885. The original silver case of this watch is glazed on both sides and is numbered. The decentralized enamel dial has Arabic five minute- and Roman hour numerals and hands which can be used to set the time, the hands are driven by rotating discs and rest of the face and back has decorated enamel and cartouches directly under the crown. The crescent shaped movement has a lever escapement and is located directly under the crown, so you can look through the watch without seeing it.
The cartouche on the front directly under the crown is signed.
