A Swiss silver open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1925. This watch features a mechanical lever movement with manual winding.
It has a white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, an outerminute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and blued steel spade hands, the dome is missing. The round case has double hinges, pendant winding, a fluted crown beneath an oval bail and a smooth bezel. The case back is engraved with an interlaced CA.
