A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch, made by Vacheron & Constantin in Geneva, circa 1920. A polished, plain case back with a white enamel dial, suspended Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 and yellow gold Breguet hands. A gilded brass movement, going barrel, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensated balance with gold poising screws, blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, polished steel index regulator. Signature on the dial, case and movement.
