A very fine and elegant Swiss, thin, Belle Epoque, 18K gold and enamel, keyless dress watch, circa 1910. The back cover is decorated with raised chased gold laurel wreaths and translucent blue enamel, outer white enamel border, rosette in the centre, bezel with a white enamel line border. Matte gilt dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Black steel Breguet hands. A gilt brass movement, bar calibre, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, flat balance spring, index regulator.
