A fine Swiss 18K yellow gold and enamel open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1921. Solid polished case, the bezel, band, bow and case back with blue enamel decoration within an engraved foliate pattern, monogram RR on the back. Matte silver dial with applied gold Arabic hours, black outer minute dots, subsidiary seconds and gold spade hands. A rhodium-plated movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with eight adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, wolf’s tooth winding wheels. Dial, case and movement signed.
