A fine large and elegant stainless steel dress watch with two-tone dial. Made by Zenith in Le Locle, Switzerland circa 1940. Three-body, polished and brushed case with stepped rounded bezel and round reeded bow.
Two-tone brushed silver dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, large subsidiary seconds and blued steel baton hands. Matte gilt movement with 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and a micrometre regulator.
