A fine Swiss stainless steel open faced keyless pocket watch with a black military dial, made by Rolex in Geneva, circa 1930. The dial with the British Ministry of Defence issue number A.I6602. A solid, plain case, the screwed-down case back. Black lacquered dial, gilt luminous Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, and decorative hands. The movement has a lever escapement. Signature on the case, dial and movement.
