An unusual pocket watch with steel case

An unusual pocket watch with steel case, made by Patek, Philippe & Co in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1930. The numbered case was crafted from “Staybrite” rust less steel and the silvered dial features Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial and Breguet steel hands. The numbered movement is fitted with a precision lever escapement and a moustache lever.
The case, dial and movement are signed.
