A rare Swiss stainless steel open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1929. Bridge movement with a club tooth lever escapement and gold screw compensation balance. Two tone silvered sector dial with inner baton hour markers, outer minute divisions, an outermost fifth of a second track with Arabic five minute numerals and blued steel hands. The plain case with a push back. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with the original presentation box.
