A very fine and very rare Swiss, Art Deco, chronoscope, 18K yellow and white gold, keyless jump hour dress watch, circa 1924. With enamelled Zodiac sign bezel and
a 14K yellow and white gold fob. Retailed by Robert Pleissner, Dresden. A polished and brushed case, bezel with green enamel divisions and black enamel signs of the zodiac, case back with green enamel divisions on the yellow gold border, applied gold monogram HWT.

Silver dial with sunray engine-turned centre, aperture for the jumping hour at 12, the outer ring with black Arabic numerals for the minutes indicated by a wondering transparent crystal triangle pointer. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Case and movement signed, movement and dial signed by the retailer.
