A very fine and exceptionally rare Swiss two-colour gold, black, and red enamel keyless lever Art Deco dress watch, circa 1920. The watch features a rhodium-plated cal. 35ML mechanical movement with 16 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a cut bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring. It has a special red and black champlevé enamel dial with gold Arabic hour markers on a black chapter ring, outer minute gold dot divisions, and a red centre. The subsidiary seconds are sunk on a black ring with a red centre, and it is equipped with gold Breguet hands. The 18k two-tone gold case is polished and features a monogram reading EF on the back, as well as a snap-on case back, curved bezel and band. Manufactured in both yellow and white gold, this Art Deco Omega open-face watch is exceptionally rare.

The timepiece is functioning. The enamel dial is undamaged. The red enamel has some spots and discolouration but is fully intact. There is light surface wear on the case back, which is expected considering its age. Overall, the watch is in appealing condition.
