A Swiss very fine pink gold Patek Philippe dress pocket watch, circa 1942.
18 carat pink gold case with engraved blossom on back; Patek Philippe precision lever movement with Geneva striping and fine adjusting device and twice punched with Geneva seal; silvered signed dial in very beautiful condition with gold Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds and pink gold hands. Case and movement different numbered. This rare model from the 40’s is from the first owner and is in good condition and in working order.
