Very rare pocket watch with moustache lever escapement

A very rare dress watch with center seconds made for Tiffany by Patek, Philippe & Co in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1942. The open faced case of this watch crafted from 18 carat gold is numbered, has the Patek Philippe punch and a monogram on the back lid. The cuvette is inscribed with the number of the movement and July 1, 1942. The silvered dial has Arabic five minute numerals, applied gold Breguet hour numerals, gold hands and center seconds. The movement is an extremely rare Patek Philippe caliber, has center seconds, 18 jewels, Geneva striping decoration and a moustache lever escapement.
