A Swiss gentleman’s pocket watch with original box and original certificate, circa 1942.
18 carat gold, polished, “à goutte” case with gold dome. Black enamel dial with indexes, centre seconds and gold baton hands. Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, with “Geneva striping” decoration, eight adj., nineteen jewels, indirect centre seconds, gold screw compensation balance and index spring fine adjusting device.
