A very fine, thin Geneva gold enamel gentleman’s pocket watch, circa 1919. Sold on 08/13/1924 – with Patek Philippe extract from the archives.
18 carat gold case, the back side ornamented with Greek pattern in white enamel, monogram”E. B.” in white enamel, case design “Murat”, numbered and signed gold dome. Signed off-white enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds and blued Breguet hands. Rhodium-plated bridge movement with “fausses côtes” decoration, 8 adj., 18 jewels, gold screw compensation balance and counterpoised lever.
